and for for viral infections like ranavirus, herpesvirus, and mycoplasma by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). with whom collaboration can be done for assessment of diseases in reptiles from biological samples? Also like to know about the best possible way for preservation of biological samples for disease investigation in reptiles including chelonians.

I guess the most practical way is to do it by yourself. Rather than regular PCR, you can try high-throughput sequencing (so-called next generation sequencing) to get a full profile of viruses and pathogenic bacteria. There are diverse papers on google scholar. Also you can find instructions about sample preservation. Good luck.
