How to apply incremental stepped loading in APDL?

Hello Everyone,

I am doing indentation process in APDL. For that I propose to apply total of 1500 N load divided in 6 cycles. I want load-deformation curves through APDL. So does anybody has an idea, how to apply stepped loading for 6 no of cycles? I want to unload it after every cycle.

Please share some images, link, papers, screen shots or ANSYS files if you have.
