I made a solution by randomly adding few liquids. I wanted to know the concentration of each ingredient in this solution. Few ingredients are in very small quantities (less than 0.1%). What is the best analytical technique to analyze and determine contents concentration in this solution. I know GC-MS, ICP or AAS can help but not sure.

For the principal components, I would use 1H-NMR. Perhaps this is already sufficient in your case. For very low concentrations, GC or HPLC would be an option. However, this highly depends on the compound.
Respected sir.... LC-MS is a good analysis for the detection of liquid in mixtures as well as separation.
Dear Atul, if this is a one time separation depending on the boiling point of these components, you could run a GC and once all peaks are separated integrate the peak area. However, if this is a routine analysis and you will need continuously repeat the test I would suggest Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy but that will require some work to build/validate a calibration model.
