I am searching for a method to determine lubricity of low viscosity fluids. Is there any simple method to find it? Any good literature known to you. Thanks
You can try examine flow behaviour with rotational viscometer like Thermo Haake one equipped with high shear tool which expose the sample to extremely high shear forces.

You can use the standard method ASTM D6079 ( Standard Test Method for Evaluating Lubricity of Diesel Fuels by the High-Frequency Reciprocating Rig -HFRR) or SLBOCLE test method (scuffing load ball on cylinder lubricity evaluator)
ASTM D 6078. Both methods have been developed for testing lubricity diesel fuels (diesel fuel EN 590: kinematic viscosity at 40 oC=2.0-4.5 mm2/s).
