How to add Pb atomic parameters in Autodock Vina?

I am facing similar issue to those discussed elsewhere on ResearchGate regarding Autodock 4:

It solved my problem with Autodock 4.2

I am however unable to figure out how to solve the same problem faced with Autodock Vina

Any idea on how to modify/update Vina's library so that to include/add Pb atomic parameter, for instance ?
