In ANSYS workbench, I modelled a beam with PZT using piezoelectric and MEMS ACT. I defined the voltage coupling using the same, but I am not able to add a resistor using the extension. While searching in Google, I found that we can use CIRCU94; I also tried that, but I am not able to get the voltage based on the resistance values. Can anyone please tell me how to add the resistor using the Piezo and MEMS extensions?
To add a resistor to a Piezo and MEMS simulation in ANSYS Workbench, you can use the CIRCU124 element, which is a resistive element that can be added to the circuit using the ANSYS Electronics Desktop environment.

The voltage across the resistor can be obtained by adding a voltage probe in the schematic and running the simulation.
