I want to prepare some solution from powder in the range of 1 ml to 50 ml accurately.

I understand that the best practices is perhaps by using a calibrated volumetric flask, however, the smallest flask I have is 50 ml and the chemical has to be prepared freshly prior to use. Preparing too much and it will be a wastage, preparing too little using a small vessel (centrifuge tube), raise concern of accuracy of the solvent (ddH2O) added.

Can anyone share with me how do you prepare a small amount of chemical solution accurately?

Thanks!
