How the time step size plays the roll on transient analysis?

I am trying to do transient simulation in fluent. The time step size is fixed as "1" as default.

When i am trying to change it in to "0.01" time steps, the results shows the same output as compared to "1" step size.

How the time step size plays the roll on transient analysis?
