I understand that when postsynaptic neuron shortly and repeatedly stimulated after pre synaptic this will leads to Long term potentiation (LTP). But how the Long term depression (LTD) occurs, how the postsynaptic neuron which is supposed to receive signals fires before presynaptic neuron leading to synaptic depression.

How LTD occurs, may be different for different synapses.
The same goes for your question on what the reason is that the postsynaptic neuron spikes before the presynaptic neuron (for instance, other synaptic inputs or intrinsic pace-making properties).
If you specify which synaptic connection you are interested in, perhaps some people can suggest to you some publications that are more specific.
