How the SKOV3-mct cells grow in DMEM medium?

Hello everyone,

I would like to know about the growth of SKOV3-mct cell line growth in DMEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS. Do the cells show slow growth or the cells die to a greater extent. And if there is cell shape change as well. Kindly confirm if somebody has experienced these things in SKOV3-mct cell lines.
