1. Inception Report (IR)
2. Nuclear Industrial Survey Report (NISR)
3. Industrial Investment Planning Report (IIPR)
4. Nuclear Localization Program Report (NLPR).
5. Policy and Strategy Proposal Reports.

The Nuclear industry in India is totally under Government Control. Therefore for India no such reports, even if prepared would be accessible to the General Public.
The question should be more precise. The Google found 968,000 (one million) answers on " Nuclear Localization Program Report " -- many of them referring to NPPs, many to biology.......

When I do the research, Google finds 4 answers and 3 of them are my question in RG. :]
I just want to know what kind of methods the countries who want to build NPPs deploy when they want to learn the capabilities of their own industry. I hope this is precise enough.
