It is well known that giant gruneisen parameter means giant anharmonity hence low kappa. However, in 2D materials ZA phonons usually have large negative gruneisen parameters and contribute much to its kappa. For instance, graphene has very high kappa and large gruneisen parameters for ZA phonons, which contribute 75% of its kappa. How to understand this contradiction?
