I am planning a series of longitudinal drug studies using epinephrine. I'd like to aliquot a stock solution of aqueous epinephrine and store at -20'C to use for these experiments. I've struggled to find information about proper storage/efficacy for aliquoted epienphrine. I'd be interested to hear your experiences using aliquoted epinephrine and if it degrades or efficacy wanes with long term storage. Also, I'd be interested in hearing if there are better ways to storage epinephrine aliquots.

Hi jackson do let me know if you've had any further information on this. Cant say I have any experience with freezing, though I am hoping to also freeze aliquots, however this paper (Article Stability of Epinephrine at Standard Concentrations
) indicates no notable changes for up to 30 days when stored at RTP.
Francesca Lubbock Hi there - still no word... I've just making my stock fresh each time to avoid any potential degradation issues.
Ive made some aliquots at 10mg/ml stored in light sensitive flasks at 4 degrees so far using these for two weeks ive got reproducible data suggesting to me that over at least two weeks they are not significantly degrading.
