There are researchers who study one and the same class of problems for all his/her life. And how this researcher has to publish his/her new results if publisher mechanically uses iThenticate without reading article & novelty?
I suggest that you should complain to the Editor of the journal, pointing out that they are being stupid (use a more polite word), as your abstract, conclusions, data, equations, figures, recommendations, results, and tables are all brand new. If that does not work, try publishing through Taylor & Francis.
