I'm thinking about a paper concerning mathematical simulation of processes of journal selection - review - correction - publication - indexation of journal's published manuscript.

I wonder which mathematical or physical techniques from mathematical or theoretical physics it is possible to apply to simulation of academic journal publishing processes?
