Dear colleges,
Recently I receive a letter from an editor of a famous Agronomy journal in Mexico, he mentioned that due to the corona-virus situation, the support much needed to his open-access journal has been delayed.
This situation is not only happening in Agronomy, we have been delayed in our meetings and conferences to study the increase in the drought in our state, which is getting worse than ever.
I wonder if we are risking more future problems than now if we postpone attending these important subjects.
Hows is in your countries?
I hope it could be translated into English because most of us do not understand Hindi.
The research support in agronomy, will definitely be affected by corona virus..
The financial support will be reduced due to corona virus as most of the money preferentially will go to this sector which is essential also.
Thanl you Madhukar, we have seen this situation in Mexico and also I have read some notes about it by other researchers in Researchgate.
However, almost nobody is talking about this in public.
