In my personal and professional experience in working with college students in finding their academic majors and career choices, I've explored with them these areas:
- Their vocational interests
- Personality types, and
- Aptitude/abilities.
If all three areas converge on certain occupations, the probability of the students' success in these occupations would be quite high.
Each member of the organization has a fingerprint that is reflected through the behavior of individuals on the organization's overall activity
Therefore, as the management of the organization changes, there is an inherited administrative system
Our personalities effect on our career choice. People who have the passion to make profits from their little means and loves to trade often times end up being business tycoons. People who love to learn new things and share their knowledge with others usually end up beinf=g researchers and teachers (personally-I used to gather the kids in the vicinity to tell them the new things I have read; give assignments and assess their progress while I was 9 years and now I have chosen to teach as my career). So, personalities have a toll on our career choices and development.
Personalities choices for careers must be respected by parents and teachers. Often times, such persons influence the career choices of their wards and students to engage in what in their eyes or judgments lucrative. often times, such persons do not succeed and/or perform well in such 'forced into' careers.
Also, our personal traits impacts on the output of our work. Diligent and hard working persons who do not compromise on quality heightens the growth of the organization's output while lousy, lazy persons who do not give a damn about detail and quality often drag back the successes of organizations.
As it turns out, your personality affects more than just how you interact with your colleagues and boss at work. It also has a lot to do with why you fancy some jobs over others, how much you make, whether you're satisfied at work, and how likely you are to lead a team.
