Your mind and experiences will help you choosing a good and safe journal. The journal is usually good if it is (a) published by an established well-known international publisher, (b) it is indexed properly via DOIs, and (c) it has high impact factor (relative to 1).

There are journals that publish specific research topics. This could be a starting lead. Look out for the impact factor, the quality of publications, the quality of the reviewers,..etc. If the reputable journal requests a publication fee, as a young researcher, you should also consider the cost implication.

@Md Bokhtiar Rahman, Let me break this down as simple as possible for your better understanding. There are a lot of journals emerging recently, but all of them are not reliable. If you publish your Research work in some random journal it goes un-noticed. Journal with Impact factors are to be selected and published. Since you say that you are an Young Researcher, I would suggest you to leave the big fishes like Springer etc alone, these journals expect high research work from the publisher. So, the acceptance ratio is quite low.

I would suggest you to go for scopus Indexed journals. Which are related to your Department and Field of research work. Be aware that Journals get constantly removed and Added from Scopus Index.

Check in the Internet for the Updated list of Scopus certified journals and send your Research work.

All of this is one part, the other part is where you need to constantly remind the Journal Editor about the status of your Publication. Some journals even take months for their review of your research work. So, constantly reminding them and patiently waiting for the acceptance is all you could do.

Do not be discouraged if your Research work gets rejected. Most journals reject because of lack of slots in that Edition. You can always find another journal that is suitable for you. No Research work is worthless.

See above suggestions. In addition I would say, check the visibility of papers published in google scholar. As said above: it is nice to have a paper published, but people need to be aware of it!

How do I find good journal easily?

Not! It takes time and it is worthwhile to put some effort in it. Simply aiming for high impact journals (certainly as a young scientist in the beginning of a career in science) is not a good way to start. Try to work your way up carefully. First try to get your work published in (smaller) journals and receive a bit of a reputation based on that. Gradually you become in the position to aim for more reputed journals.

How do I know about predatory journal or publisher?

Predatory or not. This became a hot (and sadly enough) relevant issue since the introduction of Open Access. With thanks to Jeffrey Beall (and his famous and at the same time notorious list (https://beallslist.weebly.com/) it is nowadays a matter that is discussed substantially. His work is continued by various initiatives (see for example (https://predatoryjournals.com/about/)).

In conclusion: It takes some time and effort to find a good and reliable journal that fits YOUR purpose.

PS. Always handle findings and opinions about for example predatory or not with care. No matter how much we have to appreciate initiatives like Beall’s list, its information is not absolute. For example Bioinformation is listed as predatory but is recently added to the Emerging Sources Citation Index (Web of Science). Sometimes a journal (or publisher) needs a bit of time to get its matters in place. Especially initiatives from upcoming countries like China, India, Iran, Brasil etc. need their own platforms and meeting all international standards is a complex and time- and labour consuming matter to sort out completely. Publishers like Elsevier and Springer have a long history in all this and therefor not always fair to compare.

I think Elsevier journal is good.

Publishing in top journals is a challenge for every researcher or scientist. But it may seem easier for good researcher. But I think publishing your research outcome in very good Journal need good writing skill, lot of patience and hardwork. I would like to highlight few points to select good Journal as follows:
