Early on during their college training days the university can provide a venue for future entrepreneurs by forming some sort of club, meeting with wannabe entrepreneurs and molding them so that when they graduate they can run with their ideas and establish their own businesses. Involvement of business leaders in such meetings can be very helpful.

Students can be educated in the classrooms itself the need to work, prospects, advantages of teaching and industry fields, growth and prospects of country and the necessity to become entrepreneurs. They should be encouraged by telling entrepreneurs not only establish firm for themselves but provide opportunity to others who can work. The training, soft skills and management programs be designed and encouraged.

In the present scenario, everything is competition. Students should be exposed all these by seminars and workshops, so that the students decide themselves what they should become. Naturally, if any of the student is confident one can become a entrepreneur and will be useful for society.

Every student should be motivated in extra curricular activities apart from studying. They should be given an opportunity to expose themselves on various events to open up their skills. They should be taught the present trend in society and the need and use of enterpreneur ship programs and make them motivated.

Getting job for student is normal but being an enterpreneur can give or create jobs. For this in college, the students should be told continuously, so that they become responsible in society. The importance can be told by giving lectures or by training.

Students should be taught, told the use of becoming enterpreneur. Enterpreneur is one, who not only provides opportunity to give jobs to students in organization but help the fellow students to get jobs in other organizations.

Awarness and training programmes are to be conducted for both post graduation as well as professional students to tell about placements and the need for enterpreneurship. After studying, if the student is not getting job, the student has to settle as enterpreneur (create job for oneself) as well as help other students to get jobs.

This is an interesting topic for every graduate specially those who are qualified in management discipline. The conventional class room teaching can feed the theoretical aspects of the subject while personal engagement in entrepreneurial development activities will definitely uplift their entrepreneurial self-efficacy. The Entrepreneurial development center of an university in this connection would serve as a nerve system. Sharing of life experiences of leading entrepreneurs, continuous and progressive consultation programmes, exposing to simulated entrepreneurial cases, trying out micro project might be working well with beginners. Having multiple approaches would ensure the multiply the effort.

Students at college level should be told the role of employment and entrepreneurship. The college should conduct training classes, guest lectures and workshops, highlighting the importance to the students. Students in turn get motivated and at least some students may opt to become entrepreneurs.

Teachers should encourage and motivate the students to stand on their own legs and earn themselves. In my university, years ago, one of the fields that are included in the integral formation of the students is entrepreneurship.
