generally the degradation depends on chemical and physical characteristics particularly in soils and also on formulations of products. See attached two recents documents on these two insecticides. You can find useful information.

Low polar pesticides can be conjugated to water particulate and to release in water phase slowly. By that it is very difficul to estimate theoretically the degradation rate in real conditions
