I ran RNA denaturing page electrophoresis for RNA recovery, but when i stained the gel ,i didn't find sample lane, i don't need to recovery much RNA, hundreds of narogram RNA is enough, so i loaded 2μg RNA for electrophoresis and used 'crush and soak' methods to recovery RNA, but, no RNA was recoveried, how much RNA should i use for denaturing RNA electrophoresis ?

What is the size of your RNA? Are you trying to isolate RNA that will be in a single band, or RNA of varied sizes that will run as a smear? Also, did you run a ladder on your PAGE gel? If so, how much ladder did you load and did you see the bands clearly? An image would help if you have one :)
