I'm going for the conjugation of PEG with a oligonucleotide. Thus i need to take equimolar ratio of both the compounds. I have decided concentration of oligos as 80 micromolar (liquid form) based on IC50 concentration. But the PEG is already optimized with the formulation as 5mg which is equal to 1.22 micromolar. In that case. How can I take both oligos and PEG as a equimolar ratio? The total volume of my formulation should be 1350 microlitres. In which only 450microlitres will be my oligos and peg conjugation.

Please help me in sorting out this.

Thanks in advance.
