At the no load speed=4450

Hi Alireza,

Seems to be a constant power type of load.

So startup should be pretty fast provided the motor is controlled correctly. Of course, subject to two specifics:

The rotor moment of inertia (inclusive of the load inertia, if any).

The nature of control employed.
