Your question caught my eye, but is too general to answer. Depending on definition, "zooplankton grazers" can include anything from protists, to rotifers, to arthropods, to larval fish. Reproduction of these organism varies widely under optimal conditions. Their fecundity may also be affected by the available food. "Reproduction time" is a term with which I am unfamiliar. Is that similar to "Generation time?"
There is no universal answer to your question (zooplankters are too diverse, and so are predators). It depends on particular species of predator and prey.
