Hello, I was wondering how much it cost to publish in an IEEE journal that is non-open access.
Is there a direct answer to this?
If also, can anyone suggest a good journal with a decent Impact Factor that is affordable?

As far as open access charges are a concern, so it varies from journal to journal, even if their publishers are the same.
You can easily find a relevant journal by using the IEEE Recommender (IEEE / https://publication-recommender.ieee.org/home ) JournalFinder (Elsevier / https://journalfinder.elsevier.com) or JournalSuggestor (Springer / https://journalsuggester.springer.com) tools. You just need to open these websites, and paste your article title and abstract in the given place, and click enter, and list of the relevant journal with the details like APC amount, acceptance rate, editorial time etc will appear. So choose then accordingly.
