My lab often uses these (https://www.coleparmer.com/i/whatman-6715-7502-polycap-tc-filter-capsule-pes-sterile-0-2um-1100-cm2-filling-bell/2970158) to sterilize large batches of medium. They are marked as autoclavable and so we re-use them and autoclave them between uses. But every time I ask somebody or google how many times the can/should be re-used before changing them out, I can't get a straight answer. Does anybody have any recommendations for how many times they can be autoclaved? I would also take a recommendation for any way to test the integrity of the filter to figure this out.
