I have a stock solution (100ml) of gelatin in HBSS with salt. I only need about 15ml at a time- so I'm wondering if I can reheat the bottle of gelatin, take out 15ml, let it cool again, and repeat this 6-7 more times without damaging the integrity of the gel.
The gelatin powder I used contains proteins and collagen, it is from bovine skin

Yes you can reheat the times you need, just take in account that you don't exceed the temperature that I think it's 60 or 70 °C.

I agree with Dario, just minimize the heating. You could also think about casting your gel into a block so that you can cut off a piece of solid gel each time that you need a sample.
