To those who have experience with microglia sorting from glioma mouse model. Could you please share how many CD11b+ cells were you able to sort from one tumor bearing hemisphere (flow cytometry or MACS)?
I am planning my experiment and have only a rough estimate of about 1 *10^6 per animal. I would very much appreciate any more specific information.
