What is the role of Chapters Six and Seven of the United Nations Charter regarding human rights violations in Gaza?! Aren't the war crimes committed against civilians in Gaza a threat to international peace and security?! Doesn't the International Criminal Court have specific jurisdiction regarding war crimes and genocide?! How can Arab regimes activate joint defense treaties to intervene militarily to stop war crimes committed against civilians in Gaza?
