What fluids are you considering in your model? If it's air (I think), COMSOL has air in it's built-in materials. You just have to add it into your model when setting up your model. If you know the properties of the fluid at a certain temperatures (such as water or air at 300K), you can either directly set the fluid from the material library or manually input the values of density, heat capacity etc on the material tab. Make sure you select the domain where the fluid flows.
