I want to measure the protein level in my conditioned medium. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I cannot perform WB immediately after the culture. Can I ask how long I can store the conditioned media? Or is it better to store it in a different form (i.e. in methanol or in the sample buffer)?

The best thing to do is to immediately freeze conditioned media in liquid nitrogen to avoid degradation of proteins. It is fine to be stored frozen for a good while, weeks if not months. You can store conditioned media in -20 and it should be fine for atleast 2-3 months, you can add protease inhibitor cocktail (1x) to avoid any degradation. However, the best way to store conditioned media for WB is to add sample buffer to it, then boil (if you do that for your regular WBs) and then store it in -20.
