How long can the cre mouse brains injected with AAV-DIO-ChR2-EYFP store at -80?

I have several cre mice injected with AAV-DIO-ChR2-EYFP. 4 weeks post-injection, I perfused them with PFA, put into sucrose and finally stored them at -80. I will look at the expression of EYFP at injection site and the projection site. I am wondering how long they can be stored at -80 when EYFP signal is good?
