I have some glucose oxidase that has been stored for about a year in a freezer. Is it still good or do I need to replace it?
This depends on the storage buffer, pH, and whether the enzyme solution was diluted or not. However, as recommended previously, testing the activity of the enzyme is the best method to check that.
