Does flavin adenine dinucleotide (FAD) require refrigeration/freezing for long-term storage?

I have some FAD that has been stored at room temperature for a bit over a month and am wondering if it is still good or if it has degraded somehow.

Thanks for the info! I might go ahead and try it to see if it still does what I want it to do, but it wouldn't be too difficult to just buy some more.
