About 4 to 5 days after being infected. I had it in late January and into most of February. I remember where, when and who infected me. So 4 days from contact I had a terrible headache and major fatigue along with a fever and chills. The fever never got past 102. The next day I started coughing so bad I thought I was going to start spitting out pieces of lung tissue. I couldn't breathe and thought I was going to suffocate. Days turned into night and nights turned into days. I live alone was was by myself during the virus. I didn't think I could get up to go pee but I didn't want to go in the bed so I only went to the bathroom 2 times in a 24 hr period for weeks. I was so out of breath I couldn't make it from the bed to the kitchen. I forced myself to do it and filled up a bunch of pans with water and poured out a hole bag of cat food into other pans so my cats could take care of themselves. I laid in bed unable to function for almost 3 weeks. Unable to cook anything for myself.
