I have purchased human lysozyme lyophilized powder (L1667 SIGMA) and stored it in -80 degrees C as per manufacturer instruction. Now, I wish to prepare a solution of the same in 1X PS buffer - 1 mM Ferrocyanide/Ferricyanide. I wish to use it in an experiment conducted at room temperature (~ 23 deg C) and might store the solution over 12 hours at 4 deg C. Will this alter the structure of the protein drastically ?
