How is the enzyme activity of the following enzymes, alkaline and acid phosphatase; GOT and GPT calculated in a tissue homogenate?

I have the following data of the above mentioned enzyme estimations.

Abs of the standard

Abs of the replicates (five for all enzyme estimations)

Incubation time foe each of them

I have taken the abs after adding the stopping reagent, like DNPH in case of GOT and GPT.

I don't know how to prepare and use the standard curve to calculate the enzyme activities for each enzyme
