Hi Oscar Lopez Alvarez Jr. the solar PV plant is dependent on several factors such as weather at the location, efficiency of the modules, orientation of the modules, tilt angle of the modules, shading and soiling. All these factors affect the performance of the plant. On the side of the load, factors such as time of use, peak period and peak demand are important to know while designing your plant.

As long as you fixed the generation capacity of the PV generator in Mwp, then you use the meteorological data in the installation site to calculate the generated power profile as an average value per hour during one year operation.
By evaluating the generated power profile you can assess the which can be powered from the station and the reliability of this feed.
Since there is no energy storage, the best way to operate this station is to use loads which operate the power stations at its maximum power point.
This may require to control the loads to the stations.
