How is the adhesion strength of protein transferred?

How does the adhesion strength of a protein transferred from hydrophobic (untreated) PDMS stamp to untreated glass substrate compare to a protein transferred from a hydrophyllic (air plasma treated) PDMS stamp to a hydrophyllic (again air plasma treated) glass substrate?

The crossing of energy barrier of the interfacial free energy of adhesion which is a function of surface free energy of substrate is needed for cell (protein) adhesion. You can calculate it by measuring WCA I suppose.
