Hello if your laminar flow hood is Class II and it certified by qualified bioengeneer which means leak test of down flow filter passed it means filtration effectivity is about 99.995% for fungal spores. So chance to be contaminated if no human factor will be 0.005% which is quite ok for all reasons.
