When you conduct a Chi-square test of independence with variables that have more than 2 levels and find a significant result, post hoc tests need to be performed in order to determine where the significance lies.

Probably could use a test of proportions and possibly do a Bonferonni adjustment on your p-values for the multiple comparisons (0.05/number of comparisons).
