referring to the concept of Ambidexterity within the business-world/ organizations (e. g. Gibson and Birkinshaw 2004, March 1991, O'Reilly and Tushmann 2013): If one understands Ambidexterity as an ability the question arises for me: Which is the most recognized/ used scale / measures for ambidexterity-capability on an individual level?
I am trying to figure out how certain ambidexterity-scores affect the entrepreneurial intention and I am looking for measurements.

Ambidexterity is best estimated rather than measured with fixed limits. There are numerous ways to address the conundrum.
One problem in the dicrepant findings is the diversity of cut-offs used to define ambidexterity and mixed right- and mixed left-handedness. To gain robust data you should first administer a handedness questionnaire and apply multiple correspondence analyses to define various handedness groupings (i.e. ambidextrous, mixed, and strong right-handers, and mixed and strong left-handers. Then compare this categorization with laterality index (LI)-based categories using different cut-offs to delimit strong left-handedness, mixed left-handedness, ambidexterity, mixed right-handedness and strong right-handedness.
So, besides the questionnairre approach, you can also physically test the relative accuracy and speed of each hand in a series of tests and the results of the above and this kind of testing actually differ. The most commonly-used handedness survey today is the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory, a simplified questionnaire designed by R.C. Oldfield, but based on a more detailed questionnaire originally created by the English psychologist Marian Annett in 1970.
Examples of performance testing include: the Purdue Pegboard Test (which measures speed and accuracy in placing small pegs in holes, and then small rings on those pegs); measurement of the speed and accuracy of tapping on a keyboard-type set-up or a mechanical tapper; speed and accuracy of operating a computer mouse; speed and accuracy of marking dots within small circles; measurement of grip strength; measurement of hand and arm steadiness (using a game like Operation or an electronic hand steadiness game); etc. With all of these, both hands are tested separately and the comparative performance of the left and right hands measured.
