Using sparql bash and curl you can do it programmatically.

Example you have this script https://paste.fedoraproject.org/456173/ named accesionTotaxon.sh.

from command line:

$ ./accesionToTaxon.sh Q7UPS1 P08646

protein,name

http://purl.uniprot.org/uniprot/Q7UPS1,"Rhodopirellula baltica (strain DSM 10527 / NCIMB 13988 / SH1)"

http://purl.uniprot.org/uniprot/P08646,"Drosophila melanogaster"

This generate a csv results output with ',' as delimiter
