It is the basic nature ,our feeling ,sentiments , which may creates a problem of stress for which we have control our mind by sitting in a silence mode in the morning for about 15 minutes & the same is for our bed time . In our silence sitting if any thoughts we should not pay any attention & let the same be passed as a without offering any attention .
