Hi Mitra,

Maybe, it is just an idea, you can take the log of this equation to have log-log and then suppose you have a normal error term. You freeze Q0 and you can then compute OLS estimators for b and log(a) (these estimators depend on Q0). Then you do a loop on Q0 to minimize Residuals sum of squares and you get the optimal value for Q0 and by step 1, the optimal values for a and b.
