How to homogenize gizzard tissue using Ultrasonic cell crusher?

I want to extract RNA from chicken gizzard tissue. But currently I don't have a homogenizer. What parameters should I use, like the power, Ton, Toff, total time etc, to effectively homogenize the crushed tissue without hampering RNA quality?
