How I can find out the binding capacity for biotinylated DNA on Streptavidin?

Hi all

I am binding Streptavidin on biotinylated self-assembled monolayers (10% final concentration 1mM) on gold arrays. afterward, I bind biotinylated docking strand DNA on streptavidin.

I am not sure what is the best way to find the ao=ppropriate concentration for Streptavidin and DNA.

Could you please help me if you have a clue
