i have designed the screening experiment with design expert and obtained 2-3 responses related to various variables. Now i want to analyse the data but didn't know the actual procedure (for parameter optimizations). I have read the tutorial but due to lot of statistical terms i could not reach to any conclusion. could any one help me in this regard. thanks in advance

What was your sampling strategy? Did you apply any systematic sampling approach? What was the minimal sample size ? What were/are those significant factors that you prioratized? Screening designs are used to reduce the numer of independent variables. Fractional factorial and PB designs are used. However, confounding is the main issue with these designs. Rather, the use of Definitive Screening Design is most efficient and effective. Moreover, the same design can be used for Optimization. You can refer to the following link and get the analysis steps.
