How heating rate play imp.role in CVD Monolayer Crystalline TMDCS esp.in WS2 monolayer?

Hi All,

I would like to know about heating rate per min..Is it necessary to apply heating rate 30 to 35 degree per min?will it work to keep heating rate 20 degree per min till 900 degree and then 4 to 5 degree heating rate till 1100 degree C? Please suggest your views..
