The species just reached the French border (Alsace, see Fuchs et al. L’Entomologiste, 2014, 70(4): 213-221), from populations initially restricted to Central Europe and South Germany. So it can at least cross a large river like the Rhine but maybe more longer distances (some km) if we consider the speed of the actual expansion toward west.
Jakub Horak worked on ecology and conservation of this species and wrote several papers. You can directly send this question to him. See these two email addresses:
Based on Jakub Horak suggestion (thanks Giuseppe!), the species could cover a distance of around 500-1000m. I downloaded and read all the paper you suggested and I'm waiting for the Thomas Horren one.......but is it in German?
